Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy – OLAPS
At OLAPS, we provide original laptops and electronic devices with a transparent and fair policy that protects both the customer and the business.
Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility
A return request is accepted only in the following cases:
The product does not match the description or specifications provided on the website.
The product arrives with a hardware defect that can be verified by our technical team.
The product is delivered incomplete or with missing items or accessories.
Returns are not accepted due to change of mind or personal preference.
1.2 Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return:
Hardware defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the device.
Description mismatch must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
After the return period ends, the product will be handled under warranty conditions only.
1.3 Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The device must be in the same condition as received.
No damage, scratches, cracks, or signs of misuse.
All accessories and the original box must be included.
The device must not be opened, modified, or repaired outside OLAPS.
No software modifications, system tampering, or unofficial resets.
Apple ID, Microsoft account, or any personal accounts must be removed.
Devices showing misuse or tampering are not eligible for return.
2. Warranty Policy (1 Month)
All laptops and electronic devices purchased from OLAPS include a 1-month hardware warranty starting from the date of delivery.
2.1 Warranty Covers
Internal hardware defects not caused by customer misuse.
Failure of internal components under normal usage.
Issues that appear during the warranty period and are confirmed by our technical team.
2.2 Warranty Does Not Cover
Broken screens or cracks.
Keyboard or trackpad damage caused by liquid or physical force.
Camera, speakers, or ports damaged due to misuse.
Liquid damage of any kind.
Overheating caused by misuse or improper ventilation.
Software issues, viruses, corrupted systems, or unauthorized software changes.
Damage caused by external repair attempts.
Customers must inspect the screen, keyboard, speakers, camera, and ports upon receiving the device. Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
2.3 Warranty Procedure
Warranty service follows this order:
The device is inspected by our technical team.
If repair is possible, the device will be repaired within 3–7 working days.
If the device cannot be repaired, a similar device will be provided as a replacement.
If no replacement is available, a refund may be issued.
Warranty does not mean return. Warranty means repair first, then replacement if repair is not possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only if:
The product arrives with a confirmed hardware defect, or
The product does not match the description.
Exchange follows the same conditions and timeframes as the return policy.
4. Shipping & Inspection
Delivery time: 1–3 working days.
Customers must inspect the device upon delivery.
If a problem is found, the customer may refuse the delivery.
Shipping fees (to and from) are covered by the customer unless a confirmed defect exists.

6. Important Notes
OLAPS reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or warranty request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
