Pickup Information
- Available after order confirmation.
- You’ll receive a confirmation call before pickup.
- Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.
- You may inspect and test your laptop before payment.
Warranty
We test each laptop thoroughly before listing and again before pickup.
1-month warranty on internal hardware (motherboard, ports, battery, etc.)
Warranty starts from the date of pickup
Please Note:
Customers are required to inspect the device upon receiving it:
Screen (no cracks or heavy scratches)
Keyboard & touchpad
Outer body
Cosmetic damage reported after handoff is not covered.
Exchange & Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if the laptop has a technical issue covered under warranty.
Warranty covers hardware issues (battery, motherboard, ports) within 1 month from pickup.
Cosmetic damage (e.g., cracked screen or casing) is not covered after the device is received.
We kindly ask you to inspect the device during pickup — especially the screen, keyboard, and outer body — to make sure you’re happy before completing the purchase.

FAQs
Orders are pickup-only. We do not offer home delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll agree a pickup time with you on WhatsApp or by phone, and you can inspect the device at our Cairo branch before you pay. Alexandria pickup available by arrangement.
Pickup times on public holidays depend on branch opening hours. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the day before.
