Our Warranty — 1 Month of Cover on Every Device
Confidence shouldn’t end when you leave the store. Every laptop and MacBook from OLAPS comes with a 1-month warranty, on top of our inspect-before-you-pay policy. Here’s exactly how it works.
What’s covered
Your warranty covers hardware faults that aren’t caused by misuse — for example: the battery failing to hold a charge as tested, screen defects, keyboard or trackpad failure, ports that stop working, or storage/RAM faults. If a covered component fails within the warranty period, we repair or replace it, or replace the device.
What’s not covered
Accidental or physical damage (drops, liquid, cracked screens), software issues, normal wear, and any modifications made after purchase are not covered. Consumable wear disclosed at the time of sale is also excluded.
Inspect before you pay
Before any money changes hands, you test the laptop in person — battery health, screen, keyboard, ports, performance. You only pay once you’re satisfied, so you start your warranty with a device you’ve already verified.
How to make a claim
- Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 0106 994 8800 with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through quick checks over chat.
- If it’s a covered fault, bring the device to our Nasr City store (or arrange transfer) and we’ll repair, replace, or swap it.
