Customers are required to inspect the device during handoff:

Outer body condition
Cosmetic damage noticed after handoff is not covered under warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
Cracked screens
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Misuse or external repair attempts
Exchange & Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if the laptop has a technical issue covered under the warranty.

FAQs
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share estimated delivery time via WhatsApp or phone. Delivery in Cairo and Alexandria usually takes 1–2 working days. If it’s taking longer, feel free to contact us and we’ll check the status right away.
Delivery on public holidays depends on courier availability and your location. While we usually don’t operate on official holidays, if a courier is available and nearby, we’ll do our best to arrange delivery. Feel free to contact us to check for exceptions.
