We currently offer delivery within the following areas in Cairo:

Madinaty
Nasr City
Heliopolis
Maadi
In Alexandria, delivery is available within the following areas:
From Mandara Bahary to Shatby, including Smouha, and locations near El Geish Road and Abu Qir Street.
If your location is outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery is completed within 1–3 working days, depending on location.
You will receive a confirmation message or WhatsApp update once your order is scheduled.
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid online only to ensure secure and efficient processing.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers are required to inspect the device at the time of handover, including:
Screen condition
Keyboard and touchpad
Speakers, camera, and ports
External body condition
Any issues must be reported immediately during handover.
Cosmetic issues reported after delivery or pickup are not covered.

Exchange & Return Summary
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
A verified internal hardware defect appears within the warranty period
The issue is confirmed by our technical team
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Cosmetic damage after handover
Screen cracks or dents reported after receipt
Software issues caused by the user
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the device fully before completing delivery or pickup.
FAQs
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share estimated delivery time via WhatsApp or phone. Delivery in Cairo and Alexandria usually takes 1–2 working days. If it’s taking longer, feel free to contact us and we’ll check the status right away.
Delivery on public holidays depends on courier availability and your location. While we usually don’t operate on official holidays, if a courier is available and nearby, we’ll do our best to arrange delivery. Feel free to contact us to check for exceptions.
We currently deliver to Cairo and Alexandria. If you’re nearby or outside the city, reach out and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.
For most orders in Cairo and Alexandria, next-day delivery is available — depending on when you place the order and product availability. We’ll always confirm the exact timing with you after your order.
Yes. For verification and inspection, the customer (or someone on their behalf) should be present to receive and inspect the product upon delivery.
