Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy – COREBYT

At COREBYT, we provide original laptops and electronic devices with a transparent and fair policy that protects both the customer and the business.

Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Eligibility

A return request is accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The product does not match the description or specifications provided on the website.

  2. The product arrives with a hardware defect that can be verified by our technical team.

  3. The product is delivered incomplete or missing items/accessories.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or normal user preference.


1.2 Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return:

  • Hardware defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the device.

  • Description mismatch must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

After the return window ends, the product falls under the warranty conditions only.


1.3 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The device must be in the same condition as received.

  • No damage, scratches, cracks, or signs of misuse.

  • All accessories and the original box must be included.

  • The device must not be opened, modified, or repaired outside COREBYT.

  • No software modifications, system tampering, or unofficial resets.

  • Apple ID, Microsoft account, or any personal accounts must be removed.

Devices showing misuse are not eligible for return.


2. Warranty Policy (1 Month)

All laptops and electronic devices purchased from COREBYT include a 1-month hardware warranty from the date of delivery.

2.1 Warranty Covers:

  • Internal hardware defects not caused by customer misuse.

  • Failure of internal components under normal usage.

  • Issues that appear during the warranty period and confirmed by our technicians.

2.2 Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Broken screen or cracks.

  • Keyboard or trackpad damage due to liquid or physical force.

  • Camera, speakers, or ports damaged through misuse.

  • Liquid damage of any kind.

  • Overheating caused by misuse or improper ventilation.

  • Software issues, viruses, corrupted systems, or unauthorized software changes.

  • Damage caused by external repair attempts.

The customer must inspect the screen, keyboard, speakers, camera, and ports upon receiving the device. Any issues must be reported immediately within the first 24–48 hours.


2.3 Warranty Procedure

Warranty service follows this order:

  1. The device is inspected by our technical team.

  2. If repair is possible, the device will be repaired within 3–7 working days.

  3. If the device cannot be repaired, a similar device will be provided as a replacement.

  4. If no replacement is available, a refund may be issued.

Warranty does not mean return. Warranty means repair first, then replacement if repair is not possible.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • The product arrives with a confirmed hardware defect, OR

  • The product does not match the description.

Exchange follows the same timeframes and conditions as the return policy.


4. Shipping and Inspection

  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days.

  • Customers must inspect the device upon delivery.

  • If a problem is found, the customer may refuse the delivery.

  • Shipping fees (to and from) are covered by the customer unless a confirmed defect exists.


5. How to Submit a Request

To request a return, exchange, or warranty service, please provide:

  1. Order number.

  2. Full name.

  3. Description of the issue.

  4. Clear photos or video showing the problem.

  5. Contact details.
