Buying & inspection

Can I inspect the laptop before paying? Yes. Inspect-before-you-pay is core to how we work — you test the device in person and only pay once you’re satisfied.

Are your laptops new or used? Professionally tested, pre-owned (Grade-A) laptops and MacBooks — tested and documented, not “as-is”.

How do I know the device is healthy? Every unit passes a 12-point check (battery, screen, keyboard, ports, performance, thermals and more) and we share the results.

Warranty & condition

Is there a warranty? Yes — every device includes a 1-month warranty. See our Warranty page.

What does “Grade-A” mean? Excellent cosmetic and functional condition, fully tested, with any minor cosmetic notes disclosed before you buy.

Pickup & locations

Do you deliver or ship? We’re pickup-first. Collect from our Nasr City store in Cairo; Alexandria pickup is by arrangement only.

Where is your store? 26 Abou Dawoud Al Zaheri, Nasr City, Cairo. Visits by appointment only.

Payment

How do I pay? Cash or card at pickup, or InstaPay (mainly for inter-city transfers). You pay when you collect.

Transfers

Can you move a laptop between Cairo and Alexandria? Yes. We confirm availability and tell you if a transfer fee applies before any payment.
